Being a lifestyle writer has its perks… like getting a year’s worth of beauty supplies. Ha!

I recently covered two beauty events and they were very generous with their goodie bags. MaskSlim is a local brand but they also carry quality masks from Taiwan. I’ve used their signature night mask before and it’s really good – leaves the skin feeling bouncy and hydrated in the morning. They normally cost RM100 and above (looking pretty isn’t cheap.. that’s why rich taitais can afford to)

And then there was more stuff from the event today! Expensive ones to boot – beauty products from Japan are well known to use advanced tech and are high quality, so I’m looking forward to trying the samples. 🙂 Usually, I wouldn’t be able to afford such brands. *There was this special Kanobe night cream that costs RM5,000 a bottle (wtf what do they even use in it)

Looks like I’m all set for the year.
