Food Review: Bucida Cafe, PJ8

A quick blog about lunch! There’s a cosy spot called Bucida Cafe which is popular with office workers at PJ8 for its nice selection of Asian and Western cuisine. Although it’s a bit on the pricey side, it’s a good place to bring clients/business associates for a coffee and meal, or if you want to break the monotony of Chinese mixed rice/mamak fare from the other shops once in a while.

Warm, comfy interior with long wooden tables for bigger groups and minimalist decorations on the walls. Menu is written on a chalkboard.

They have quite a lot of items on the menu, including Nasi Lemak and Korean Spicy Noodles (which I’ve tried.. pretty decent!). This time around I had fish and chips (Rm15). Chips are obviously frozen and fried, so nothing much to say, but the fish was good – crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside – although a little small.
