After an event at Publika, H & I thought of grabbing a quick coffee and leaving before evening rush hour… but ended up getting dinner instead. We went to Namoo on the Park, a chic cafe tucked into a quiet corner on the first floor.
PS: I always get lost in Publika coz the place is massive. and the layout is weird lol.
Divided into two floors, the upstairs can be accessed by narrow stairs. Books on shelves are stuffed into nooks, along with cutesy decorations. The place has warm lighting, wooden tables and a cosy section with pouffes.

Since it was ‘happy hour’ between 3pm – 6pm, we got our drinks for 20% off. I think H got some sort of lemon tea, while I got the honey latte. It was light, frothy and the sweet honey balanced out the bitterness of the coffee.
Note to self: never get coffee after 6pm. I couldn’t sleep the whole night lol.
Chicken cordon bleu. Served with a side of fries and salad ,the stuffed chicken looked massive but tasted disappointing. The meat was dry and flaky, and it was just salty lol.
Namoo is famous for their Korean desserts like bingsu (shaved ice) so maybe should have gone for those instead. Still, it’s a very nice place to chill coz its quiet and comfy, and you can spend hours chatting with friends or surfing the net or just reading the books they have peppered around the cafe.

I also think the layout of Publika is weird =P

Haha, it is! They need a special GPS just for navigating the mall alone.
